Roger, did they mention how much the protection costs? I'll bet this product turns into a high pressure sales pitch when closing a car sale just like extended warranties are now. It will likely become a new profit center for auto dealerships.

Good job Roger!

Well done, Roger. An intelligent discussion among three poised and articulate panel members--how rare for CNBC.

anon 4:46--my impression from their commercials is that there is no charge to the buyer for the added protection.

You tv-slut you! Great comment though my crappy internet connection only let me see the first part. Hope you didn't say anything important at the end! LOL

Seriously, I think these protection things are a great selling tool for the times. It isn't going to cost the company shit - I mean otherwise they are going to have the expense of chasing down their cars which would be terrible! Here they are being the good guys AND reducing the chance someone will just run with the car. Every company should do it! (Just my not-so-humble opinion.)

Roger- Yardeni was on Fast Money today and pronounced that the bottom is in and that one should not be defensive with their portfolio. He says that the fed's injection os capital and buying treasuries to lower mortgage rates is working!! Hooray the bottom is in and the Nasdaq has regained its 200 DMA.

Roger, well done...and no shouting or hyperbole by anyone...what biz shows should be like. If someone can not talk in a rational manner they sure ain't thinking rational. Have they ever said what happened to Rick Santeli (sic) thanks.

Expected you to comment on Lance's chances of making it to the TdF, I haven't seen a PR that addresses that and don't know what the healing time + training downtime would do. Take care.
