Hi Roger,
This comment is late to the party. In your earlier blog on ETF's you ask for comments, ideas on ETF's. Anyone thinking about a HomeLoan ETF? An ETF fund that would provide bank money for bad loans. The ETF gets the first xx.xx% of appreciation above current mkt value and the bank gets balance of appreciation. This requires mark to market, which is a problem, so an alternative could be a fixed rate of return on used/ borrowed ETF funds. Just thinking out loud. Great blog. Have A great Day - Richard
