This morning TheStreet.Com published an article I wrote about the new water ETF from PowerShares that trades as PHO.

I had multiple emails asking for the components because they are not yet on the PowerShares site. You can click the image to enlarge it.

I tried to bring up PHO on MSN and fidelity today with no luck--when does it start to trade?

yahoo finance knows PHO. today was the first day it traded about 1.1 million.

since it was the first day a lot of sites don't have the ticker.

they should have called it h20.

roger, i was reading this blog:

http://anothermoneyblog.blogspot.com

and i asked the guy a few questions and wanted to ask you (since you're the other regular blog I read)

do you think the trade deficit can lead to a dollar crash?

As a farmer, the next "gold" will or maybe already is water. I have been looking for a investment vehicle for some time. This looks very promising and I will continue to investigate the varioius companies, which make up the ETF

Thanks for the headsup about this ETF Roger.
I thought one of the other Powershares ETF that debuted this week was equally interesting for a different reason: PIV.
I've been looking for a Value Line ETF for a long time.
It could be worthwhile.
